The event is free to attend if you're coming just for the day.

If you'd like to stick around and join us for dinner you can purchase a 'day & dinner' ticket for £45.

Alternatively, if you'd like to stay overnight, you have the option to book a 1 or 2 night stay, with either single or double occupancy. This includes breakfast and access to spa facilities for the duration of your stay.

You’re welcome to check in from 3pm – if you arrive earlier and need to store luggage, please ask at reception. Check out is normally 11am, but you can request a later check out from the hotel directly for a small supplement.

Included in a 'day' ticket will be tea, coffee and cold drinks throughout the day, and a hot and cold two-course buffet at lunch time. If you have dietary requirements, please add these at the time of booking, and we’ll make sure you’re catered for. If you've purchased a 'day & dinner' ticket, your evening meal on the 4th February will also be included, while a 'day, dinner & stay' ticket will include your evening meal and breakfast.

During the course of the day, you’ll hear from hireful about how we can help you support your clients. Whether you’re an existing partner looking for some technical advice or you’re just looking to find out more about what we do, there’ll be someone on hand to help. Just look for a member of the team in a hireful t-shirt.

If you've booked a 'day' ticket and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible, so that we can release your ticket to someone else. This event always has a large waitlist.

‍If you’ve booked a 'day & dinner' or a 'day, dinner & stay' ticket, you can cancel free of charge up until 29 days before the event. After this, tickets will be charged at full price. If you'd like to change your ticket to a 'day' ticket, you can manage this through your Eventbrite account.
