worker protection policy.

Our Commitment to Safety & Respect

At hireful, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued—whether they’re part of our team or someone we interact with externally.  That’s why we take third-party sexual harassment seriously. This means harassment by anyone outside our company—such as clients, suppliers, candidates, or members of the public—that impacts one of our team members during the course of their work.

Zero Tolerance. No Exceptions.‍We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any kind of sexual harassment, including by third parties. It’s not just the right thing to do—it’s the law. We’re committed to preventing it, responding to it, and holding people accountable when it happens.

What We’re Doing.

To make sure everyone knows where we stand:

• We include it in our supplier code of conduct and documentation.
• We publish it here on our website to keep things transparent.
• We promote it in our company handbook for all employees to read.
• Our team receives regular training to stay informed and confident in how to respond if something happens.

If Something Happens.

If you’re a member of our team and have experienced sexual harassment from a third party, we encourage you to report it as soon as possible to your line manager, or if that’s not possible, then Steve Grainger, COO.

If a customer or partner crosses the line, we’ll take action—up to and including ending the working relationship. And if something criminal takes place, we’ll report it to the relevant authorities.  The same goes the other way around: if someone on our team harasses a third party, they’ll face disciplinary action, which could include dismissal.
