What is hireful’s HR partner programme?

We created a complimentary, exclusive programme for HR professionals who are delivering a range of HR services to SMEs across the UK. We recognize that being an independent or smaller business can be lonely and it can be hard to find the answers to your questions. That’s why we wanted to build a programme that would bring HR professionals together, to support them as they expand their business to deliver recruitment services.  

Members are able to:

  • join networking roundtables, coffee mornings and an annual partner event (see HR Partner Day below).
  • find support to help you to expand your business (to recruitment services).
  • access a range of discounted, tailored products to suit your client’s needs.

Our HR partner programme is forever free. We’re dedicated to supporting you to introduce new recruitment services or expand your current offering to your clients. By partnering with us, you’ll be able to find new opportunities to grow your business. Once your clients’ are onboarded you may be able to offer them more billable services through candidate interviewing or employee onboarding.

Do my clients need recruitment software?

Most SME clients are too busy to think about recruitment software.  We find they are normally amazed at how easy our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software is to use, and the time that this saves them.

Will this help me grow my client base?

Attracting talent is a huge challenge for most SMEs. Many HR consultants are too busy to stay connected to what candidates expect and the most efficient ways to deliver it. That’s where we come in. We have a team of 70 staff all with different expertise in and around recruitment and technology. We’ve been doing recruitment since 1999, and we love to help (it’s how we got our name).

I’m keen to find an HR networking event do you offer anything that I can attend?

We offer the following events for HR partners

  • regular coffee morning drop-in events, bring your questions and put them to the floor, or if you just fancy a virtual cuppa, pop along and join us!
  • regular roundtable events based on a relevant subject. In 2023, we’re looking to host these regionally, so you’ll have a chance to network with HR partners that are located close to you.
  • an annual partner event day – where we host guest speakers on areas of interest to you as a business owner as well as in relation to your client’s needs.
What’s all this about a community?

Our online HR community - home for HR - is free to join for any UK & Ireland HR consultants and consultancies. You’ll find a friendly network of consultants who look to “raise each other up”. This community will be ideal for you if you are looking for insights, a supportive platform to raise your questions, the potential to find opportunities to collaborate or referrals for your services.
