1. Event Registration and Admission
1.1. All attendees must register in advance to gain entry to the event.
1.2. Event admission is non-transferable and may require a valid ID for entry verification.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
2.1. All paid for event tickets (‘day & dinner’ and ‘day, dinner & stay’ tickets) are inclusive of VAT and will be invoiced in February.
2.2. Tickets are refundable if cancelled 14 days or more before the event date, after which they will be chargeable at full rate.
2.3. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

3.1. All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and speakers.
3.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
3.3. Attendees who violate this policy may be removed from the event without refund.

4.1. The organiser is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the event.
4.2. Attendees participate at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions provided by the event organisers and venue staff.
5. Event Schedule and Content
5.1. The event schedule and content are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2. The organiser reserves the right to substitute speakers or sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Photography and Media
6.1. The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in future event promotions and materials.
6.2. Attendees are permitted to take photos or videos, provided it does not disrupt the event or infringe on the privacy of others.
7. Data Protection
7.1. Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related communications and updates, in accordance with our privacy policy and UK data protection laws.
7.2. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your personal data exclusively with our sponsorship partners. This sharing is limited to purposes directly related to enhancing your experience with our services, offering relevant promotions, and supporting the sponsorship arrangements that help us maintain and improve our offerings.
7.3. Attendees may unsubscribe from event communications at any time.
