This webinar will feature a Q&A format, with Adrian posing the below questions to Sarah, alongside questions from the audience:

  • What does neurodiversity mean in the context of the workplace, and why is it important for HR professionals to understand?
  • Could you clarify some essential neurodiversity-related terms that HR teams should be familiar with?
  • How does embracing neurodiversity enhance collaboration, innovation, and overall team performance?
  • Can you share simple and practical strategies for creating more inclusive work environments for neurodivergent employees?
  • What immediate steps can HR professionals take to foster a more neuroinclusive organisational culture?
  • How can organisations ensure their recruitment and interview processes are more accessible and inclusive for neurodivergent individuals?
  • What common challenges do neurodivergent candidates and employees face that HR teams might unintentionally overlook?
  • How can organisations effectively support leaders and managers in creating psychologically safe spaces for neurodivergent team members?
  • What is the significance of workplace adjustments (or "reasonable accommodations") in improving employee performance and retention?
  • For a company beginning its neuroinclusion journey, what initial steps would you recommend?

This session presents an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of neurodiversity. Sarah will demystify the topic and help build your confidence, enabling you to have informed, productive conversations with your colleagues as you take practical steps towards neuroinclusion.
