Mitch is the founder of CopywritingForRecruiters.com and one of the industry's preeminent experts on recruitment advertising. Since 2016, Mitch has trained nearly 2,000 inhouse and agency recruiters how to sell jobs more effectively in writing. His recruitment experience spans both agency and inhouse, contingency and retained and was even an early advocate of Employer Branding back in the mid 2000s.
He’s always viewed recruitment largely through the prism of marketing and in more recent years has zoned-in on the areas of recruitment marketing that have the highest ROI – namely job postings and cold outreach.
Adrian founded hireful in 2005, ran his first workshop in 2009 and trains 1,000s of HR professionals and in-house recruiters every year. He loves nothing better than engaged in conversations, sharing insights and then repackaging these ideas as his own original creations.
His day-to-day role at hireful, sees him leading the product vision for their applicant tracking system (ATS). This provides him the time and scope to fulfil his passion for learning about all things AI. His personal mission is to help as many UK organisations as possible to become embrace AI and become “AI positive” employers.
