Indeed Apply lets candidates apply to your jobs from Indeed. Applications sync to the ATS with a source of Indeed.

hireful offers two apply experiences:

• Easy Apply: candidates apply entirely on Indeed using their Indeed profile, CV, and your vacancy-specific and disability questions. Best for high-volume hiring.
• Standard Apply: candidates go to your careers page with their name, email, CV and source pre-filled, then complete your full application form. Best when you need detailed information, such as safeguarding questions.

Your choice applies to every job sent to Indeed.

Enable Indeed Apply

Indeed Apply is set up by the hireful team. Contact support or raise it during onboarding, and tell us:

• which apply type you want
• your Indeed company page name, exactly as it appears on Indeed
• whether you'd like to share candidate outcomes with Indeed (disposition data), which can earn a response-time badge on your adverts

You'll need an Indeed employer account with a company page.

Publish a job to Indeed

When publishing, select Indeed as a destination and enter your Indeed company page name exactly in Company Name. A mismatch is the most common reason jobs don't appear. Each job also needs a recruiter assigned, a supported country, one job title and one location.

Once live, your Indeed adverts show Apply now (Easy Apply) or Apply on company site (Standard Apply).

Note: Indeed collects jobs roughly once a day, so allow up to 24 hours for new jobs and changes to appear.

Indeed's content rules

Indeed may reject adverts containing URLs, email addresses, phone numbers or keyword lists. It also prohibits questions requesting personally identifiable information, such as full dates of birth or national insurance numbers. Adverts that include these may be removed and your Indeed account restricted.
