You retain all rights in Customer Content submitted by you or your candidates. You grant hireful a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this content solely to deliver the service and improve AI performance over time.
8. Fair Usage and Limits
To ensure optimal performance across all clients, hireful may monitor usage volumes and apply fair usage thresholds (e.g., interactions per month, concurrent chats). hireful will notify you if your usage significantly exceeds reasonable limits, and may recommend or require plan upgrades if needed.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
hireful provides the Chatbot Service “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated responses. hireful disclaims all liability arising from:
