We’re looking forward to finally being able to hold our SUB1000 recruitment conference, from Tuesday 5th- Thursday 7th October 2021.
SUB1000 was originally supposed to be a face to face event, but with COVID still being around, we thought it’d be best to have SUB1000 as a virtual event this year, to keep everyone safe (recruitment conferences can get pretty crazy, after all).
SUB1000 is the UK’s only recruitment event bringing together in-house recruiters &
HR professionals from organisations with under 1000 staff. It’s all about getting practical advice on how to recruit faster, better and more efficiently in a post-COVID world.
Oh and it’s also 100% free.
It’s 3 days, where there’ll be 17 talks, with 25 different speakers, all with a variety of experience in the recruitment industry— from employer brand, to diversity and inclusion, to onboarding and candidate attraction.It’s one definitely not to be missed.
We know 3 days is quite a lot. So, you can choose to only attend the talks that you’re interested in, and that fit into your schedule. How do I watch the live stream?
When the session is live, a box will appear on the left hand side. Please click ‘view stream’
My web stream keeps freezing, what do I do?
- Try ‘incognito’ mode
- Try disconnecting from VPN
- Close other programs that are using the internet (TEAMs, Zoom, Outlook etc.)
- Try to ensure other people in the household are not using internet intensive activities like streaming TVs or downloading / updating video games.
How do I make the live stream full screen?
In the bottom right hand corner of the viewer, there will be 4 small arrows facing away from each other. Press this button and it will take you in to full screen
I cannot hear the audio stream, what do I do?
- Check your speaker sound isn’t muted (both on the platform and on your computer)
- Make sure your volume is turned up
- Check your settings to ensure the sound is set to your speaker / headphones
