I’m sure there are many other words we could use to describe 2020, few of them good ones.
Like for many other organisations, the events of this year have forced us to take some tough decisions in order to ride out this most unpredictable of storms.
But, as the year comes to a close we’re glad to say that things are looking positive here at hireful.
Our client base continues to grow – driven by our ever evolving ATS features that make remote recruiting a piece of cake (oh, how we miss the office baking rota!)
This growth is reflected in the two new hires in our support team – Esther & Stuart (hey guys, welcome!)
We launched new services, such as the hireful academy – our own e-learning platform for HR & recruitment professionals as well as hiring managers.
Plus, new campaigns aimed at doing what we do best – helping. Our help100 program offers charities and not-for-profits – who have been hit particularly hard by the pandemic – software, advice and training free of charge. We’ll be continuing this help into 2021, so if you work for a charity or you know someone who does we'll be in touch.
Don’t get us wrong, things are still a little weird. Our team are dotted about the country working from home and we’re still not sure we understand these new tier restrictions. But, with a vaccine on the horizon it seems we can finally see a slither of light at the end of this 2020 shaped tunnel.
And with that, all that’s left for us to do is wish you a happy new year from the team here at hireful, and put in our request to Santa for a less eventful 2021.
