Adrian founded hireful in 2005, ran his first workshop in 2009 and trains 1,000s of HR professionals and in-house recruiters every year. He loves nothing better than engaged in conversations, sharing insights and then repackaging these ideas as his own original creations.
His day-to-day role at hireful, sees him leading the product vision for their applicant tracking system (ATS). This provides him the time and scope to fulfil his passion for learning about all things AI. Use Claude to convert rough meeting notes into action plans, risk summaries, client updates and follow-up emails.

Generate and adapt policies, letters, consultation scripts, manager guidance notes and employee communications.
· Automating client meeting preparation
Create discovery questions, agendas, briefing notes and sector-specific talking points before client calls.
· Using AI safely with sensitive HR information
Cover anonymisation, client confidentiality, GDPR considerations, quality control and when human judgement is essential.
