Miranda is an AI Compliance & Trust Consultant specialising in HR and L&D. She helps organisations navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI, GDPR and the EU AI Act with practical, human-first guidance. With over 20 years’ experience in people development and HR training, Miranda supports organisations to reduce risk, strengthen governance and introduce AI tools safely and transparently.
She is the founder of YesWow.ai, where she focuses on translating complex regulation into clear, actionable HR workflows that build confidence rather than overwhelm. Miranda is passionate about making AI accessible and trustworthy- ensuring organisations can benefit from new technologies without losing the relationships, ethics and culture that matter most.
Adrian founded hireful in 2005, ran his first workshop in 2009 and trains 1,000s of HR professionals and in-house recruiters every year. He loves nothing better than engaged in conversations, sharing insights and then repackaging these ideas as his own original creations.
His day-to-day role at hireful, sees him leading the product vision for their applicant tracking system (ATS). This provides him the time and scope to fulfil his passion for learning about all things AI. His personal mission is to help as many UK organisations as possible to become embrace AI and become “AI positive” employers.
