Adrian founded hireful in 2005, ran his first workshop in 2009 and trains 1,000s of HR professionals and in-house recruiters every year. He loves nothing better than engaged in conversations, sharing insights and then repackaging these ideas as his own original creations.
His day-to-day role at hireful, sees him leading the product vision for their applicant tracking system (ATS). This provides him the time and scope to fulfil his passion for learning about all things AI. His personal mission is to help as many UK organisations as possible to become embrace AI and become “AI positive” employers.
This practical session will help recruiters and HR professionals start using Claude safely and confidently, whether or not your organisation runs on Microsoft.

- What is Claude, and how is it different from Copilot and ChatGPT? A plain English look at what Claude is good at (long documents, careful writing, working through messy problems) and where it fits alongside the tools you already have. 🖥️
- Understanding the risks and ethics of AI in recruitment and HR - data privacy, fairness, transparency, and what good practice looks like when AI plays any part in a hiring or people decision. Including what actually happens to the CV or the case notes you paste in. ⚖️
- Everyday use cases across recruitment and HR - drafting job adverts and candidate emails, turning a job spec into a person spec, summarising interview notes, writing up meeting notes and letters, checking a policy for gaps, and making sense of a messy spreadsheet of applicant or people data. 📝
- Live demo: uploading a real job spec and building an advert from it, then saving your tone of voice into a Project so you never have to explain it again.
This is a highly practical session where we'll be showing you live how to use Claude, and sharing all our templates and prompts.
