Adrian founded hireful in 2005, ran his first workshop in 2009 and trains 1,000s of HR professionals and in-house recruiters every year. He loves nothing better than engaged in conversations, sharing insights and then repackaging these ideas as his own original creations.

- Building your own recruitment or HR skill - a step by step live build covering advert writing, screening summaries, interview scoring or note taking, using your own documents as the source of truth. 🛠️
- Writing instructions your skill will actually follow - tone of voice, ethical boundaries, the things it must never do, and structured outputs you can drop straight into your ATS or HR system. ⚖️
- Connecting Claude to the tools you already use - files, your existing apps, and where the sensible limits sit. 💼
- Adoption and governance - rolling skills out across your HR or recruitment team, keeping use consistent and safe, and avoiding everyone quietly building their own slightly different version. 🤝
