Since 2013 Tony has taken TrustID through a transformation programme involving significant upgrades in both technology and services.
Under Tony’s direction, TrustID has evolved as a provider of specialist document scanners into mobile technology and onto cloud-based technology, thereby providing a market leading range of validation products for clients.
As the technology has evolved, so have TrustID’s managed service to support Right to Work, DBS, Right to Rent and AML compliance.
Adrian founded hireful in 2005, ran his first workshop in 2009 and trains 1,000s of HR professionals and in-house recruiters every year. He loves nothing better than engaged in conversations, sharing insights and then repackaging these ideas as his own original creations.
His day-to-day role at hireful, sees him leading the product vision for their applicant tracking system (ATS). This provides him the time and scope to fulfil his passion for learning about all things AI. His personal mission is to help as many UK organisations as possible to become embrace AI and become “AI positive” employers.
This session will cover the importance of getting onboarding compliance right. We'll take a look at how technology can support onboarding and maintain candidate authenticity. The government have been cracking down on compliance and issuing more fines this year, so this has never been so important.
