Ilham Ilyas leads commercial partnerships and learning programmes at [5Mins.ai](http://5mins.ai/), working with global clients like Deloitte, HP, BD, and Dropbox. After starting in law, she helped shape 5Mins into an award-winning micro-learning platform used in 80+ countries. Her focus is on designing impactful programmes across AI, leadership, and change.
James is an experienced tech marketer with a background covering HR, e-commerce, property, and financial services. In his role as Head of Growth Marketing at 5Mins.ai, he leverages AI to deliver high-impact campaigns and accelerate growth.
Adrian founded hireful in 2005, ran his first workshop in 2009 and trains 1,000s of HR professionals and in-house recruiters every year. He loves nothing better than engaged in conversations, sharing insights and then repackaging these ideas as his own original creations.
His day-to-day role at hireful, sees him leading the product vision for their applicant tracking system (ATS). This provides him the time and scope to fulfil his passion for learning about all things AI. His personal mission is to help as many UK organisations as possible to become embrace AI and become “AI positive” employers.
