Before joining Neathouse Partners, Sharon held senior leadership roles, including Partner and Head of Employment at a highly regarded private practice in Chester and many years as Head of Employment at another leading firm with a nationwide client base.
In 2004, Sharon became the first employment lawyer at Ellis Whittam where she established a loyal client base, developed key procedures, and played a pivotal role in growing the team to deliver fixed-fee services to clients.
Sharon advises a diverse range of businesses, from listed companies to SMEs, on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. She is also a sought-after speaker, delivering seminars and training sessions nationwide. Many of Sharon’s clients have relied on her expertise and commercial insight for over 15 years.
In her spare time, Sharon enjoys her extensive vinyl collection, reading, and savouring a glass of wine. She has also been Vice Chair of the Board of Governors for local primary and high schools and played an instrumental role in transferring local leisure facilities into a charitable organisation as part of a commercial transaction.

Adrian founded hireful in 2005, ran his first workshop in 2009 and trains 1,000s of HR professionals and in-house recruiters every year. He loves nothing better than engaged in conversations, sharing insights and then repackaging these ideas as his own original creations.
His day-to-day role at hireful, sees him leading the product vision for their applicant tracking system (ATS). This provides him the time and scope to fulfil his passion for learning about all things AI. His personal mission is to help as many UK organisations as possible to become embrace AI and become “AI positive” employers.
