Adrian founded hireful in 2005, ran his first workshop in 2009 and trains 1,000s of HR professionals and in-house recruiters every year. He loves nothing better than engaged in conversations, sharing insights and then repackaging these ideas as his own original creations.
His day-to-day role at hireful, sees him leading the product vision for their applicant tracking system (ATS). This provides him the time and scope to fulfil his passion for learning about all things AI. His personal mission is to help as many UK organisations as possible to become embrace AI and become “AI positive” employers.
Tracey has over 20 years of senior people leadership across the public and private sectors, in the UK and internationally.
Before joining People Puzzles in 2024, Tracey worked for JLL as HR Director for EMEA, was Group HR Director for Mace both across the UK and internationally, she has also held the roles of HR Director at HMRC and Chief of Staff to the Director General of Business at HM Customs & Excise.
As a part of that, she led an improvement programme across a directorate of 30,000 people and on secondment, she even reviewed the personnel function of the then HRH the Prince of Wales who of course is now the King.
In 2011, Tracey was awarded an OBE for her contribution to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Civil Service.
Today, working for People Puzzles as a fractional People Director, Tracey works as part of her clients' leadership teams, often alongside and in support of existing HR teams. She helps them modernise the people function, lead change and build aligned, high-performing senior teams.
