Adrian founded hireful in 2005, ran his first workshop in 2009 and trains 1,000s of HR professionals and in-house recruiters every year. He loves nothing better than engaged in conversations, sharing insights and then repackaging these ideas as his own original creations.
His day-to-day role at hireful, sees him leading the product vision for their applicant tracking system (ATS). This provides him the time and scope to fulfil his passion for learning about all things AI. His personal mission is to help as many UK organisations as possible to become embrace AI and become “AI positive” employers.
Ashleigh Graham is a Global Solutions Manager at Safeguard Global, helping organisations navigate international hiring through Employer of Record (EOR) services.
Working with HR leaders, recruitment partners and growing businesses, Ashleigh helps turn expansion plans into clear employment solutions. Her work covers local employment requirements, payroll, benefits, onboarding and the practical considerations of building teams across borders.

- What to ask an EOR provider, including questions about local coverage, service, responsibilities and pricing.
