You configure the criteria (department, location, role type, seniority level) and the system routes each requisition to the correct approvers without anyone having to think about it. No more manually working out who needs to see what, and no more requests going to the wrong inbox.

A big reason approval cycles drag on is that approvers don't have what they need to make a decision. They get a one-line email, go back and forth asking questions, and the whole thing stalls.

With APM, every approver receives a complete, structured requisition with all the details they need to approve or reject the vacancy. Approvers get a direct link to the approval page in the ATS, review the request, and click approve or reject. That's it.
