How does AI shortlisting work in Hireful ATS?

When posting a role, you set up to three screening criteria. As applications arrive, each CV is assessed against those criteria and given a score out of 100. You also get a plain-English summary showing how the candidate matched each criterion, so the reasoning is always visible.
