How is the AI shortlisting score calculated?

Each criterion is scored on a four-level scale: meets criteria (10), near miss (6), partly meets (3), or does not meet (0). These scores combine to produce an overall rating out of 100. Candidates are then ranked in your applicant list so the strongest matches appear first.
